4am Infernal

Getting older. Insomnia increasing. I'm aware that as one gets older sleeping all night becomes less likely. This could be the real start of middle age. The extra time I'm finding at the beginning of the day is not unwelcome but is hard to practical use as I live in close proximity to three others who most definitely do not want to share my wakefullness. So I'm limited in what I can do with this time. Maybe a time for refection and organising rather than doing.
